Title: Design and Development of a System for Searching Drugs in the Pharmacy

Drug or Medicine Identification is one of the most challenging tasks for Chemists working in the pharmacy. Especially, locating the drug among the medicines is challenging: real-time object detection and tracking system using RFID (Radio-frequency identification) to solve this problem. Our approach uses heterogeneous IoT devices, barcode detection, and an Android application that has a user-friendly interface. Barcode detection into two operations of positioning and data decoding. All the medicine in the drug store will come with an RFID. According to the customer’s requirement, the product’s barcode will be using an android application. The database has the product’s name, cost of the product, Number of quantities available in the android application. The LED blink indicates the location of the product. In this system, everything with wireless communication. This project aims to decrease the aggregate holding uptime and work of the chemists in a drugstore.
