Submission Guidelines

  • All papers must be submitted exclusively via email to the official conference email ID: [email protected]. Submission Window: June 2025 – November 2025
  • Submissions must be entirely original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal or conference at the time of submission.
  • All papers must be written exclusively in English and submitted in PDF format with continuous line numbering.
  • Each author is limited to a maximum of two (2) papers, regardless of authorship position.
  • The conference enforces a strict plagiarism policy. Authors are advised to conduct a plagiarism check using reliable software (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate) before submission.
  • Each submission will be assigned a unique PAPER ID, which must be quoted in all future correspondence with the conference organisers.
  •  Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email on or before October 15, 2025.
  • If revisions are required, authors will receive detailed feedback and instructions for resubmission.
  • The final camera-ready version of the accepted paper must be submitted by November 10, 2025, for inclusion in the official proceedings.
  • Selected/accepted articles will be published in Scopus-indexed journals or conference proceedings, subject to editorial and peer review standards.
  • Each paper should include a title, abstract (max 250 words), keywords, main text, and references.

Review Process:

Initial Plagiarism Check: All submitted papers will undergo a plagiarism screening using iThenticate software to ensure compliance with academic integrity standards.

Expert Peer Review:

Submissions that pass the initial screening will be evaluated by a panel of national and international reviewers, comprising established experts across cognitive and multidisciplinary engineering fields. Only papers demonstrating novelty, technical rigour, and potential impact will be accepted.

Revisions:

Authors may be requested to revise their submissions based on reviewer feedback. Timely resubmission is required to secure inclusion in the final proceedings.

Post-Acceptance Publication Opportunity:

Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for submission to regular issues of reputed journals (with ICAMRI acknowledgement), in coordination with our journal partners, following standard journal peer review processes.
