1. The content on this Her-Box is meant for facilitating timely redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment of women at workplace(college). Using information as provided in this Her-Box for any commercial purpose or any derivative work or misuse of any kind is strictly prohibited and may invite legal consequences.

2. All reasonable steps have been taken to keep the identity of the aggrieved women/complainant confidential. However, the Her-Box cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online. The user accepts the inherent security risks of providing the information over the internet and will not hold Department responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to the negligence or willful action.

3.Her-Box does not authenticate or vet, any information provided by the users.

4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by higher authorities. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the higher authorities.
